Neil is a seasoned building professional in the building and construction industry, with over 20 years of experience.
He has established a reputation for delivering high-quality construction standards across a range of building, renovation, and refurbishment projects in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Known for his creative problem-solving skills, dedication to his craft, down-to-earth sense of humour, Neil is an asset to the industry. He has trained under John Cunniffe (of Worthington Cunniffe & Associates) for some time and has now created Square One, a consulting firm that specializes in building analysis and solutions for safe and secure structures. With Neil's wealth of experience and expertise, he is well-equipped to help clients navigate any building-related challenge they may face.
Neil is a registered building practitioner for Class 1 and Class 2 low and medium rise buildings.
He has memberships with the Australian Society of Building Consultants, Society of Construction Law Australia, the Concrete Institute of Australia, and the Australian Institute of Waterproofing.
Neil is a licensed and accredited commercial drone pilot (RPA Accreditation-CASA) which is essential when requiring critical evidential data in difficult-to-access areas such as external cladding and roofs.
